I'll never understand the AMG rating system; it lacks any real nerve. Nearly every critic and movie buff that I've met has proclaimed this to be the best film of Coens' career --- even those who hated it at least admitted that it was well-done. There are numerous films on AMG that are five-starred for quality alone, and this certainly deserves its place among their ranks.
